Does Sentinova post replies automatically?
No. Sentinova drafts a reply for each review, but the business owner reviews, edits, and approves it before publication. This keeps editorial control with the owner, which matters because a poorly judged automated reply to a negative review can do more reputational damage than no reply at all.
