How much does Sentinova cost?
Sentinova costs $29.00 per month for Starter, $49.49 per month for Growth, and $99.99 per month for Pro. All plans are billed monthly in USD through Stripe. Starter covers Google reviews only with up to 10 AI-drafted replies per month; Growth and Pro add Yelp and OpenTable coverage.

What is included in the Starter plan?
Starter costs $29.00 per month and covers Google Business Profile reviews only, with up to 10 AI-drafted replies per month. It includes sentiment analysis and the monthly report. Yelp and OpenTable are not included on Starter — connecting those platforms requires upgrading to Growth or Pro.
What is the difference between Growth and Pro?
Both include Google, Yelp, and OpenTable coverage. Growth at $49.49 per month is designed for a single location with higher review volume than Starter handles. Pro at $99.99 per month is the highest-volume tier, intended for businesses generating more reviews and responses than Growth allows.
How is Sentinova billed?
Billing is monthly by subscription, processed by Stripe, in US dollars. You can view your current plan, change plans, and manage payment details in account settings after signing in. Plan changes take effect on your subscription rather than requiring a new account.
Which plan should I choose?
Choose Starter if you only collect Google reviews and receive fewer than about ten a month. Choose Growth if you have one location and also need Yelp or OpenTable coverage. Choose Pro if your review volume exceeds what Growth handles or you operate more than one location.
