What problem does Sentinova solve?
Sentinova adds intelligence to local business data and to how those businesses talk to their customers.
Data-driven decisions. Sentinova scores and counts what customers actually say, then reports it monthly — so an owner decides on staffing, hours, pricing, or a menu item from measured evidence instead of a feeling about last weekend.
Better customer communication. Sentinova drafts a reply to every Google review that is timely, professional, and personal to that reviewer — not a template — and the owner approves it before it posts. Reputation improves because the responding actually happens, consistently.
The result is a local business that knows what its customers think and answers them properly, every time.
What is AI review management?
AI review management is software that monitors a business’s public reviews, classifies the sentiment and subject of each review, drafts a response, and reports on what customers repeatedly raise. It replaces the manual routine of checking Google, Yelp, and OpenTable separately and writing every reply by hand.
It is distinct from review generation (asking customers for reviews) and from review suppression (attempting to remove reviews). Review management is about responding to and learning from the reviews a business already has.
What is Sentinova?
Sentinova is an AI review management and sentiment analysis platform for local businesses of every kind — any business with a Google Business Profile. It connects to Google Business Profile, Yelp, and OpenTable, scores every review as positive, neutral, or negative with a confidence value, drafts a reply for the owner to approve, and sends a monthly report explaining what customers consistently praise or complain about.
Sentinova is sold as a monthly subscription from $29.00 to $99.99 per month. Sign-in is with a Google account and billing runs through Stripe. Restaurants get the deepest coverage — OpenTable reviews and diner-specific reporting — but the product is not restaurant-only.

How does Sentinova work?
You sign in with Google and connect your business listing. Sentinova imports your existing reviews, scores each one, and generates a suggested reply per review. You edit and approve replies from the dashboard, and receive a monthly report summarising sentiment trends and recommended actions.
- Connect — Sign in with Google. Sentinova locates your Google Business Profile during onboarding.
- Import — Reviews from each connected platform are pulled into one dashboard, each linking back to the original.
- Analyze — Every review is scored positive, neutral, or negative with a confidence value.
- Draft — A reply is generated per review, matched to its rating and the specific point the reviewer made.
- Approve — You edit and approve. Nothing publishes without your sign-off.
- Report — A monthly report summarises sentiment trends and lists the operational changes the reviews point to.
Which review platforms does Sentinova support?
Three: Google Business Profile, Yelp, and OpenTable. Google reviews are included on every plan, including Starter. Yelp and OpenTable require the Growth or Pro plan.

What kinds of businesses is Sentinova for?
Any local business with a Google Business Profile — restaurants, dentists, salons and med spas, plumbers and HVAC contractors, auto repair shops, limo and car services, gyms, clinics, law and accounting firms, hotels, and retail. Sentinova does not check what industry you are in. See reputation management for local businesses for the full picture.
Does Sentinova post replies automatically?
Sentinova does not publish replies on its own. It drafts a reply for every review and the owner edits and approves it before it posts under the business name.
This is deliberate. An unapproved automated reply to a serious complaint can make a situation worse, and a reply that misstates a fact about the business is published under the business’s name, not the vendor’s.
How much does Sentinova cost?
Starter is $29.00 per month and covers Google reviews only with up to 10 AI-drafted replies per month. Growth is $49.49 per month for one location and adds Yelp and OpenTable. Pro is $99.99 per month and is the highest-volume tier. All plans bill monthly in USD through Stripe and include a 14-day free trial with no credit card required.
Frequently asked questions
Is AI review management the same as buying reviews?
No. Buying or incentivising reviews violates the terms of Google, Yelp, and OpenTable, and can get a listing penalised. Sentinova only reads reviews that customers left on their own and helps the owner reply to them.
Do I need technical skills to use Sentinova?
No. Setup is signing in with a Google account and selecting your business listing. Reviews and draft replies appear in a single dashboard that works on a phone.
Can Sentinova remove a bad review?
No, and no software can. Only the platform can remove a review, and only when it breaks that platform’s policy. Sentinova helps you respond to a negative review quickly and consistently, which is what future customers reading it actually see.
