What does Sentinova actually do for me?
Three things. It watches your reviews so you do not have to check Google every day. It writes a reply to each one, which you read and post with a tap. And once a month it tells you — in plain English — what your customers keep praising and keep complaining about.

I am not a restaurant. Does it still work properly?
Yes — the same in every way that matters. Your reviews get read, scored, and answered, and your monthly report is built from your own reviews. A dental practice sees front-desk and wait-time themes. A plumber sees arrival windows and quotes. A salon sees stylists by name. The themes come from what your customers write, not from a restaurant template.
Then why do restaurants get more?
Only because restaurants collect reviews in one extra place — OpenTable — and Sentinova reads it. Their monthly report also breaks out dishes, wait and seating times, and servers by name. It costs nothing extra and there is no separate restaurant plan.

Do I need Yelp or OpenTable?
No. Google on its own is enough, and that is the $29 plan. Most businesses outside hospitality only ever use Google. Add Yelp and OpenTable later if you want them.
Which businesses use it today?
Most of our customers right now are restaurants, plumbers, auto repair shops, limo and car services — which is why those have their own pages. That is who found us first, not who is allowed in. If you have a Google Business Profile, you can connect it today.
What Sentinova will not do
- Delete a bad review. Nobody can. Only Google, Yelp or OpenTable remove reviews, and only if one breaks their rules. Anyone promising otherwise is not being straight with you.
- Post without asking you. Every reply waits for you. There is no setting that turns that off.
- Ask your customers for reviews. We work with the reviews you already have.
- Read Facebook, TripAdvisor, Angi or delivery apps. Google, Yelp and OpenTable only. If most of your reviews live elsewhere, we will only cover part of your picture — better you know now.

My trade is not on your list. Will it still work?
Yes. Those pages exist because people search by trade, not because the software cares. If you have a Google Business Profile with reviews, Sentinova reads it.
I work out of a van, not a shop. Does that matter?
No. Service-area businesses — plumbers, mobile detailers, car services — have Google Business Profiles and collect Google reviews the same way. It works identically.
I have more than one location.

Do restaurant features cost extra?
No. OpenTable is part of Growth and Pro at the same price. No restaurant surcharge, no separate plan.
How long until I see something useful?
Your existing reviews import straight away, so there are replies waiting within minutes of signing up. The first monthly report needs a month of activity to be worth reading.
